The location in a green area was convenient and peaceful and there were a mall and a big shopping mall nearby. It took me 20 mins to get to the bus station.

Big bed, bright bathroom and central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave in the room. Automated check-in, parking on site. Not to mention free wifi! Convenient location, just walking distance from everywhere.

The reception was unfriendly. Swithchboard was not answered as I called from airport arrival at 10pm to midnight 8 phonecalls not one was answered by your reception. I wanted direction but as no answer, my taxi and I was lost. On arrival only blank screen on wall talk to me and I felt very unwelcome last tuesday.
I hate the service and the unfriendly welcome

staff were friendly and spoke english.
the room was in need of repair, especially kitchen where tap was broken and cupboards were breaking. Side Lights not working in bedroom, also funny smell in room turned out to be water leak upstairs so part of the ceiling fell in on us. we were moved to another room. Aslo we had to change our own light bulb as there was no staff available to do it for us.

1. Dishes not clean - and no cleaning agents or sponges to enable us to clean for ourselves. 2. Old sandwich in the fridge - dirty smelly accommodation generally. 3. Washing machine not working (informed it would be fixed tomorrow and then this was postponed again until after we would leave). 4. No kettle and insufficient cooking equipment to do anything 5. "free" internet in the lobby initially worked, but then seemed to have been disabled. The other available option was to pay for internet at an extortionate rate (something like €5.50 per hour or close to €20 for a day).

A Great Location Nearby! 🚖
Enjoyed my short stay during a quick work trip. This place is conveniently situated in the Moncloa-Aravaca district, just a stone's throw away from the local train station, taxi stand, and a supermarket.
